Restful sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed with fresh linens and cozy pillows, and additional sleeping space with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. The full-size kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, oven, and coffee maker, along with basic utensils and dishware for meal preparation. Entertainment amenities include a 55" flat-screen TV with streaming services and complimentary Wi-Fi. A full desk with a desk chair and lamp is available for remote working. The well-maintained bathroom features a bathtub and shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.
Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway, while extra vehicles should be parked on the street. The washer and dryer access is shared and located in the garage area.

No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, subject to a $100 fine for violations and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, subject to a $200 fine for violations confirmed by the use of an ozone machine. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is any time after 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am and $40 per hour thereafter. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required, which is the same as the regular cleaning fee. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. Guests may not have any personal mail, items, or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the host. Any items left behind will incur a minimum trip fee charge of $25 plus the cost of shipping. The guest assumes responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. Agreement upon booking to release and indemnify the host from any liability if injured on the property.
