You will receive your door codes 2 hours prior to check-in. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am, and a $250 fine per hour will be incurred for each hour of noise violation. Smoking or lighting anything in the property will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespass under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may result in termination of your reservation without refund and possible prosecution. A $300 cleaning fee applies for excessive pet hair, and a $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning, stains, and security issues.
