There is a strict no-party policy, and no unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay, but due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs. This is normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
