About This Home

It's a very private, quiet area not far from the airport. Enjoy all the wildlife and even use the bay to get to Rice Lake if you enjoy boating, kayaking, etc. There is no swimming in the bay since it is preserved for wildlife.There is only one bedroom, but there is an extra room that could be used for sleeping occasionally depending on the weather or as a storage room. The garage is part of the rent, but we have a shelving unit on one wall that we require access to occasionally. Tenant pays for all utilities except sewer and water. We just happen to have furniture in there for the photos, but it is no longer available, other than the table, bench & chairs in the kitchen. This is available March 1st and we would like to have the lease end May 31st of 2027.
