SUPER cute cabin in the woods and on Deer Creek. It has 5.34 acres. You really need to look at the photo's to see how neat the cabin is. The cabin was built in 2013 and has two rooms. The one room has the living room, the kitchen area and a dining area. The other room has a bedroom and an office area. The cabin has electricity in it, but does not have running water yet. It has a sink and they use a microwave, hot plate and toaster oven to cook with and bring in water to drink and do dishes with. Out side there is another small building with a toilet in it. It is connected to a septic system but does not have running water yet. There is a hand dug well with a hand pump on it that they fill containers and use to flush the toilet. The property has approximately 650 feet of creek front on Deer Creek. It is heavily wooded but they have built several trails down to the creek.
