This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, pool access where allowed by season and weather (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, with pool and community area access limited to 2 guests at a time), fitness center access, and lounge access.
Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets (40 lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays.

Situated in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking, and Uber or Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around.
All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule.
