Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a noise policy requiring guests to not disturb neighbors at all times and to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
