This villa features 9 spacious bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a game room, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining in 2 indoor areas or relax in the outdoor oasis. Additional amenities include a free washer and dryer, a cinema, and outdoor patio furniture.
Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150.
Located in the Solara Resort, the Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex with a wave simulator, splash pad, and ice-cream parlor. The resort also includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, and a full-size soccer field. A large fitness center is available for those who like to stay in shape. Nearby attractions include Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and various golf courses and shopping outlets.
Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of 22 guests can be accommodated. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the villa.
