Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Pool heat and/or hot tub must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incur a fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A pet fee is applied for dogs, subject to up to a $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please be extra careful with parking rules as you might risk getting towed. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
