Improvements
The main home is perfectly situated amongst massive trees and shrubs and large yard. It is a beautiful setting with lots of shade and privacy. The traditional two-bedroom, ranch-style home is in good condition and could be lived in as-is, serve as a guest house or perhaps added on to for additional living needs.
