My Dad, the original owner of this 1960 home sits on a half acre lot. 3 bdrm, 3 bath home that has been well maintained. Replaced within the last year, all new siding, new roof, new gutters, new sun room roof and new deck. He is leaving all appliances including refrigerator,microwave, washer and dryer. The home has beautiful hardwood floors under the carpet in all rooms except the finished garage area. The basement is finished with a wood burning fireplace, kitchen area where they were able to do their canning. They added onto the home over the years adding a new addition to the back of the home and then added a heated and cooled sun room to the back of that so lots of extra living space. The kitchen was remodeled a few years back to give the home lots of room for gatherings.
