No partying since this is a residential area with neighbors very close by; and yes, they will complain. Utilities included in the rent [Gas, Electric, Water, Lawn care, Greenlight Internet, Garbage, Laundry]. Rent is $2600 / month which works out to $650 / student / month for 4 students [max allowed]. 3 BRs in the house are large and 1BR is medium size. Responsive in case of any maintenance issues.
