The house is a very manageable 929 square feet, yet has two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings (one with a balcony), a charming eat-in kitchen with sliders out to the deck and lush backyard, a generous living room, and two full baths, including one with a clawfoot tub. The owner is a fashion designer and businessperson who has added so many thoughtful touches to make this home both stylish and comfortable -- and it is 100% move-in ready (and she may also be open to selling the entire contents at a relatively nominal price for someone really looking for turnkey!).
