To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a full name and a valid government-issued ID. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, with a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Unauthorized parties or smoking indoors will incur a $300 fine.
