Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the apartment, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the apartment, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-apartment devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the apartment, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of the core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. Bringing undisclosed pets into the apartment may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.
