First and foremost, I love my location! This is such a convenient place to live - I can be any place Domain, entertainment, downtown in no time. Home is within 10 minutes of major tech employers (Apple, Dell, Amazon, IBM, Samsung). As far as great features of the house itself - well, I really like the open floor plan with a grand entryway to the living room. Open kitchen with formal dining and breakfast area. I really like having all the bedrooms upstairs so can be close to the kids. For spring and summer times I love the outdoor covered deck and patio for relaxing time in the backyard. Our evening ritual is to spend quiet time there, just catching up and reconnecting. We loved our home and hope you do the same.
