This is a 2 bed 1 bath duplex near Kennedy Bridge in Mercer County (Burgin School District). We do not allow dogs, however, will consider a cat with additional fees ($250 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit and additional $50 per month). We require first month's rent and matching security deposit. A 12-month lease is required. The unit will be available the beginning of November (1st or 2nd week) with a showing date on Nov 4th from 11-1 (we will not be scheduling private showings). Feel free to show up anytime between 11 and 1 to view the unit. We will be there to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to complete an application before or after the showing but please note we have accepted applications before the showing date in the past.
