You'll be near many amazing ethnic restaurants and shops, and conveniently close to DFW airport and exciting downtown Dallas, both just 25 minutes away. AT&T Stadium is a 35-minute drive. There's plenty to see and do in Richardson, including the Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink, Sherrill Park Golf Course, and the Eisemann Center. You'll be a short drive from Chinatown, Allen Premium Outlets, The Galleria Dallas, and several amazing parks, including Cottonwood Park, Prairie Creek Park, and Spring Creek Trail and Nature Center.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
