Two large well lit walk-in closets fill out the space and provide a huge amount of storage space. All windows come with nice plantation blinds. The sliding door comes with vertical blinds. There is a wall mounted Air Conditioning unit that cools the entire space very well. The Furnace and Hot Water Heater are located in a utility closet in the common hallway which makes for a quiet and safe living space. The water heater was replaced less than two year ago. The community is located adjacent to the Rock Island Trail and allow for excellent hiking or jogging adventures on this 14.8 mile "Rail Trail". The trail is concrete in this area, but transitions to asphalt and crushed stone in other areas, you'll even see horses on this trail!!! Community features a really nice laundry building right next door and a Club House with Pool round out the amenities.
