GETTING AROUND
This guest house is only a five-minute walk from the beach, a ten-minute bike ride to the nearest casino, and less than 3 miles to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. There are many other activities close by such as golfing, fishing, carting, and water sports.
It's located near downtown Biloxi with short drives to neighboring communities such as Ocean Springs and Gulfport. At just 5 minutes distance you'll find supermarkets and shops, as well as the Edgewater Mall.
This studio is an easy drive to the Gulfport airport (GPT) and under 2 hours to New Orleans (MSY).
It is also less than one mile to Keesler Air Force Base and would be convient for anyone looking to stay off base.
A vehicle is not necessary but may be desired. If you don't have a vehicle, Biloxi has both UBER and Lyft.

We live in the main house and are available if needed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help during your stay. For your convenience, our contact information is on the welcome letter once you arrive.

No pets allowed.
Maximum 2 guests only.
Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests.

BOOKING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
All registered guests must be over 18 years of age are required to submit a valid ID.
One month payment is due at the time of booking. VENMO, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle.
The booking is NOT confirmed until all ID's and full payment has been received.
For stays longer than one month a lease is required.
CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
The entrance to the guest house is behind the main house. Follow the path along the right side of the main house.
The slider door has a key that is located in a lockbox. The lockbox code will be provided on the day of check in.
Once inside there is a welcome letter with the WIFI password and other important information.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Log out of any online accounts.
Set the thermostat to 78 .
We will take care of everything else.
