He also landscaped the front yard with sea grapes so that he has plenty of privacy and just put in a new paved driveway. It is located on a dead end street cul-de-sac so very quiet. The owner has a lease to stay on for a year at $1300/month as he is building a new home and would like to move upon completion of the home. Both sides have the same layout with three bedrooms and two baths on each side. They have open floor plans with vaulted ceilings and kitchen islands. They have sliders in the back that open to their private fenced backyards. Both kitchens have black Ikea countertops that look like stone and one kitchen as decorative subway tiles and the decorative black backsplash. Both units the floors are ceramic tile throughout. Central air conditioners are 2016 and 2020. They both have laundry room hookups in the kitchen closet. They have County water and both units have a separate septic. The owner's side has newer Stainless Steel appliances. Both sides have upgraded electric fixtures and bathrooms with newer vanities and toilets and two bathrooms have showers and two have bathtubs. The owner's unit has a newer kitchen. In the middle of the duplex is a gate in the front of the building and the back of the building so that you have a place to store materials, boats, motorcycles, etc The roof is 2012 and we have a copy of the roof permit. I spoke to insurance company today and I did get a FEMA form showing the property is partially within a special flood hazard area, but that the structure is not affected, and therefore no flood insurance required. OWNER OCCUPIED--DO NOT TRY TO WALK AROUND THE PROPERTY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
