Large, obnoxious houses are so yesterday. Are you looking for big and bland or mid-size and marvelous? We'll if you're highly intelligent (which you are, of course), you quickly recognize that this home is a gift wrapped genius box waiting for you. Now, the white marble looking ceramic tile doesn't just stop at the front door. It's like a fairy tale river of happiness that flows perfectly through the dining area right into the kitchen. Plus, a brushed nickel 24" towel bar that is designed for even the largest bath towels - so go crazy at Bed and Bath and buy the "big fluffer" towel! Three bedrooms that are big enough to do their job without being so big you stumble around each morning bumping into walls, blinded by that crusty stuff you get in your eyes each night, as you search for the door to get to the kitchen for some badly needed coffee. Now, love it upstairs? Head downstairs and you realize you've got double the space. It's like getting two houses for the price of one, if the second house just had four cement walls and a furnace and water heater in the middle of it. But, still, the extra space is bright and clean like a blank canvas you can make into your own masterpiece. Fenced backyard allows you to unleash your pet bobcats or pet children. Plenty of room for a garage down the road. New windows too. Great house that someone smart will nab. Probably should be you.
