The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, utensils, pots and pans, coffee mugs, a coffee maker and coffee filters, a kettle and tea bags, and wine glasses and an opener. There is a modern half-bathroom on the main level, a full bathroom upstairs with a glass shower door, and an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub. All 3 bedrooms include plush pillows with new sheets, decorative pillows and a throw, a ceiling fan, and lamps. The den has a futon couch that also serves as a twin-size bed, a coffee table, a 55” smart TV, and a room divider for privacy. A washer and dryer are located beside the bedrooms, and laundry detergent is included. The private patio features Astroturf grass and a seating area with a small table, including a mini-putt green with 3 clubs. Easy access to the garage and some fun games are also included.
There is a fee of $10 per guest after 5 guests.
Centrally located for all your activities planned for your trip to Surprise, the surrounding area of Surprise Stadium offers a blend of sports facilities, outdoor spaces, dining options, and entertainment venues, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment. In addition to the stadium, the Surprise Recreation Campus features several recreational facilities such as baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, and playgrounds. The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex is situated adjacent to the stadium. Surprise Community Park provides green spaces, picnic areas, walking trails, and a fishing lake. There are numerous dining options nearby, ranging from fast-food chains to casual dining restaurants, and several shopping centers and retail outlets are within a short driving distance. Visitors have access to various hotels and accommodations in the vicinity.
Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100 fine charged to guests. There is a $250 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. [SI]
