All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Please ensure all trash is taken out and dishes are placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues should be reported promptly, and while efforts will be made to resolve them quickly, no refunds or rent reductions will be provided for mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities.
