This relaxed and practical apartment has a tiny-home feel and features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and closet, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The comfortable living room has a couch and smart TV. The compact, fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, appliances, and bar seating for two. Shared laundry is located across the way in the main house. Guests can enjoy shared exterior spaces, including a hot tub, cowboy pool (seasonal), dog park, BBQ, hammocks, pavilion, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole and horseshoes, ping pong, bikes, and a community washer and dryer.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet per day. Ample on-site parking is available for cars, boats, or trailers.
Stay in the heart of downtown Kanab, a charming desert town known as the gateway to Southern Utah’s most iconic landscapes. Just two blocks from Main Street, you’ll find local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Kanab is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, with easy access to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles). Other nearby adventures include Peek-A-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Toadstool Hoodoos Trailhead (45 miles), and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles).
Walls are thin, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
