The ONLY shared area in this home is the foyer and staircase to get upstairs. Everything else has been sealed off and is not accessible or shared.

The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave. A hot plate will be provided if needed, however this setup is not for cooking big meals of any sort - it is for someone who is comfortable having a kitchenette setup. There is no sink in the kitchenette room but the bathroom has a decent sized sink and faucet for washing, rinsing etc. Kitchenette room also has a closet with good storage space.

The bedroom is a small, furnished room - if you would like to keep the furniture in the picture, that is an option.
- Bathroom is a decent size and stand up shower.

No laundry hookups and no washer dryer available for tenant but there is a laundromat a few minutes drive away. Laundry is on site and can be negotiated for a fee. This unit does not have its own air conditioning and it is connected the central air which is set to a standard temperature of 68-75 degrees. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom of the unit. There are no window fans or window AC units allowed.


As mentioned above, your suite is PRIVATE. This means when you enter the house into the foyer, you would head upstairs and open the door labeled "the annex” to your unit. Once again, the only shared space is the foyer for entry and staircase.

Renters insurance is required upon signing your lease. 6 month or 1 year lease available. Utilities included in listed monthly price. Internet is an additional $30/mo
