The flat is pretty and a lovely and peaceful place in Savannah.

The space is great for a walking or biking lifestyle. There is also a fenced, off street and designated parking space (rare for a condo in the area). For those working in the medical field, it’s a half-way point from the River and many of the hospitals. You can bike to either. Many incredible restaurants within blocks, and even on this block. The gas range and king-plus-single-bed bedroom, make for extra comforts.

The entire space is for guest’s use, except for the closets. They will be locked and are the owner’s closets. There are no closets for guest usage. There is a closet rack.

No shoes in the space. There is a shoe rack in the entryway. The floor is marble, so please do clean it right away if something spills. There are many live plants. You can take care of them, or I can have someone come in to water them weekly, it’s up to you. Thank You!
