About This Home

I had a dream that I found a 4-unit building that was actually clean, well-maintained, and had nice tenants. In this dream, the rents were solid, the numbers made sense, and the boiler wasn't older than me. The basement had headroom, was dry, and even had a brand-new Biasi boiler and electrical to code. Tenants paid for their own hot water. There was a two-car garage, a fenced-in yard, and plenty of paved parking. It was perfect — the kind of property you hope exists but rarely does.
