This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is one towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
