Daily parking with in-and-out access is $35.00 plus tax ($40.25 total), and monthly parking is $350.00 plus tax ($402.50 total). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. [SI]
