Downstairs you will find an additional 4 guest suites, a theater room and two large gaming areas along with a workshop for crafts and projects. The lodge is completely off grid, and features a private well with back-up storage tank, power from your 50 panel solar system with a Humless brand back-up battery stem and two large Cummins brand generators. A full security system features ViaStat high-speed internet, digital door locks on all doors, water sensors, smoke alarms and a full security system powered by Vivint, including exterior cameras. This property is perfect for groups of all sizes, and has previously been used as a motel. Both summer and winter vehicles can be stored and rented 2 miles down the road at Club Rec.
