1. We require $300 non-refundable fee each pet and $25 add-on for your first pet and $10 add-on for each succeeding pet on top of the rent per month maximum of 2.

For Restricted Breeds such as Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Dog, Great Dane, Husky, Bullterrier, Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Chow, Pitbull, Doberman, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, we require $375 non-refundable fee each pet and $45 add-on for your first pet and $25 add-on for each succeeding pet on top of the rent/month maximum of 2

3. For Emotional Support or Service Animals, NO CHARGES will be applied.

4. We require a pet application which will be $35 each pet excluding Emotional support and Service animals.
