BUYER FINANCING NEEDS TO BE CASH OR CONVENTIONAL ONLY (NO FHA OR VA LOANS). Nice property for the price, livable but it will need some minor cosmetic updates, priced accordingly. This is a 1743 Sq-Ft, two story home with 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, a 728 Sq-Ft unfinished basement, 2 car garage, a family room, a living room, kitchen, a dining room, eat-in area, a big backyard and a .27 acre lot. The old roof was torn off and a new one installed in 2014. Home has comfortable and efficient gas boiler heating (not original boiler, age unknown) with central air conditioning (AC unit manufactured in 1996) both units are working well. Home appears to have original windows, some of the screens are torn. The flooring is not terrible, but there are some stains, some minor wear, and a missing carpet section in the corner of the family room. Most of the interior paint was new in 2013, it is ok (except BR2, see photo), but showing its age. The exterior was painted in 2013 as well, it also looks OK but has a few small areas where it is peeling. Kitchen needs drywall repair where a cabinet was removed to open the view, see the photo.
