Guests will have fully private access to this garden-level apartment. While we offer self contact-less check-in for your convenience, we are only ever a message away should you need anything during your stay. My family lives above the unit and we adhere to quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, and appreciate it when our guests do the same. We have a dog who stays upstairs on the deck, so we ask that guests do not bring any pets. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as flushing other items may result in being held responsible for repair costs. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the apartment and no parties are allowed. No guests are allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count.
