Westwood Hills Apartment complex is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the Water Tower Park in Menominee; these are some of the nicest apartments in the area. This unit is located on the SECOND FLOOR of the east side building.

The paved parking lot is kept plowed in winter and a one car garage unit is included in the apartment price. We also include heat, hot and cold water, and household garbage pickup. The apartment electric is paid by the tenant.

An air conditioning unit, dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal are included in each apartment. A deck is accessed through the sliding patio door in the living room.

A coin operated laundry is located in both buildings.

The use of marijuana, and other illegal drugs, is prohibited in accordance with state and federal law. Smoking (including vaping) is also prohibited both indoors and outside anywhere on apartment property. Strict 24-hour quiet rules are included in the twelve month lease.
