Needs some work but priced so that the buyer can build sweat equity immediately. Flue to woodstove settled so seller took it down - woodstove and hearth for looks only. Basement has gotten wet so seller removed sheet rock 1/2 way up rec room walls. Clean guttering and a more positive drainage from home would help alot. Out of state seller only came 2 or 3 weeks a year since 2010, so could net routine maintenance. Brand new roof stains on ceiling were prior.
