The extras are the paints used upstairs, spare matching roof shingles, spare kitchen floor planks & more. The 100 amp electrical box and service is new. The furnace is 80 percent efficient and even with heating the basement, gas bill average $90 a month in winter. This is a warm house with more than ample insolation in the attic. If you’re in an apartment paying $1300 to $1600 month calculate the savings in a monthly mortgage instead. The outside yard is nicely landscaped by Dave. Ornamental tall grasses display color and a feathered fall look for winter street side. Along the ally against house are clumps of a hybrid bamboo that won’t reproduce and stays to its original foot print. It’s a trouble free home and ready to move into immediately.
