Smoking is permitted on the balcony with all doors shut, and if suspected of smoking inside, a penalty equivalent to the security deposit will be charged. The building has strict occupancy rules allowing 6 adults and 3 children only. No visitors are allowed for reservations shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
