An Enterprise rental car company is located in the retail lobby for added convenience.

The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, with temporary pathways in place. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level, and the residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount.
