Residential parking is offered for a flat fee of $160 for the entire stay for stays of 21 days or more, and this parking request must be made immediately after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. The building is undergoing renovations, and construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
