Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay for a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone, must be picked up after in the yard, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee (domestic shipping only).

Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), and dirty dishes ($50). Missing towels incur a $20 fee per towel. Additional guests over the reservation count will result in a $75 fee per person. Late checkout incurs a $60 per hour fee. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available.
