Smoking indoors incurs an additional fee of $250. Vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Glitter or confetti will incur a $200 fee. Dirty dishes will incur a $50 fee, and a missing towel will incur a $20 fee per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, and you must pick up after your pet in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at this property. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for shipping costs plus a $30 fee for domestic shipping only.
