????I can't stress this enough....to me this is extremely important. Wonderful property manager nearby. We together make sure that any problems are taken care of immediately. Again, the last tenant has been with me since 2015!!!!!! I'm very proud of my houses, the happiness of my tenants and thus how long they stay :-).
