It includes a dinner table with seating for 6+, place settings, and cutlery. The bedrooms offer a variety of beds to choose from and different palette colors for each room, ensuring comfort for up to 8 guests. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs for warm bubble baths and essential toiletries. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy and includes an outdoor grill, patio set, conversation set with outdoor seating, a coffee table, and a swinging hammock.
Free parking is available to guests in the double-car garage, with additional space on the neighborhood streets in front of the house. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed over while you are renting our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking to ensure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A laptop computer is not included.
