You enter through the first level which is over 1,000 square feet of space currently used as a family room and could easily accommodate extra guests or even an in-house office. You'll immediately fall in love with the vibe of this home - open and airy and a feel of being far away and yet at home. There are decks off the living room and the main floor bedroom and a retractable awning to provide shade. The living room is spacious with it's 2 story high ceilings accented by the beautiful post and beam and architectural details. There's even a woodstove to take off the chill in the early fall and late winter. The kitchen with it's work island provides ample space for shared cooking and although initially appearing modest it's ready to cook and accommodate a crowd. There's a spacious pantry off the kitchen to maximize storage. Walking up or down the stairs you'll be taken by the artistic simplicity of the stairwells which are the essence of the detail of this home. There is a bedroom and full bath on the main floor as well. Pocket doors throughout for seamless entry to rooms. Not to mention an abundance of divided light french doors.
