In addition to your private space, you can enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including complimentary coffee at the lobby, a 24-hour fitness center with spin bikes and a Peloton machine, rooftop decks with a fire pit, grill station, lounge and hammocks, a fully equipped business center, a DIY maker space, rentable event spaces, a concierge closet for self-serve replenishment of room amenities, and a vending machine.
Parking is available on-site for a fee based on the length of your reservation: $18 per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per night for 29+ nights. The apartment welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights, $16 per night for 7-28 nights, or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning. Our onsite pool is a seasonal amenity available for guests during the summer months. It will close for the season on September 12 and reopen next summer for your enjoyment. Guaranteed Early Check-In is available at this property for a fee. You can arrange it during your reservation, subject to availability and approval.
