We offer Self-Guided Tours by Appointment Only. With Spanish-influenced architecture, lush landscaping, and a location close to shopping, dining, and more, you’ll love coming home to Tierra Vista in Oxnard, CA. Choose from one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, each with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, large closets, a fireplace, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private patio or balcony. Just outside your front door, enjoy our community amenities including a pool, barbecue area, business center, playground, and fitness center. You’ll love living close to it all. Tierra Vista is conveniently located close to major hospitals, schools, and military bases and is just minutes from Highway 101, the Collection Shopping Center, and major restaurants.
