What's small, yellow and full of future family memories? Ahh, almost brings tears to your eyes. Or was that the dust on the fan blades you just turned on? Anyway, this house is as basic as generic baking soda, but who knows what you can do with it. With a centrally located kitchen that allows access to pretty much any room in the house (including the bathroom), if you're the chef and a control freak, park yourself here and you'll have it made. Bedrooms are not bad sized, but one is missing a closet, one you can sleep and do laundry at the same time, and one you can get to the bathroom and the kitchen depending on which door you choose. Don't worry about all that, you can figure it out. Check out the super big backyard. Focus on that. Nice trees. Also, the mechanicals, roof, windows were all done in 2015 (condenser replaced in 2021).
