The open first floor consists of a kitchen dining area and living room where one can sit by the woodstove on a chilly evening while simultaneously taking in the expansive water views. Upstairs the bedrooms and bath have recently been renovated with new walls and wood flooring. Two of the bedrooms and the bath have views of the water. The third floor is a large unfinished attic which can be used as a study and for storage. This property has been popular with summer short term renters who give it glowing reviews. From the road one enters the upper area of the lot which has an large lawn bordered by bushes and trees which afford privacy for the owners. The lot slopes down to the waterside and the house which is tucked in beside a large apple tree and cannot be seen from the road.
