Below the stairwell is a full height space by the stained glass window that provides an amazing reading nook or office. Your safety is important to us. We have installed cameras around the property and are fully covered by fire sprinklers and monitored smoke detectors. OTHER: Tenant pays for electric, water capped at $50 per month and pays for Internet. We are pet friendly. Pet rent and deposits based on pet size and type.
