House site was selected at noon on December 21st and house was positioned so as to take full advantage of the limited sun on the darkest day of the year and to maximize solar gain. Great neighborhood with easy access to trails, large garage for projects, sunny southern exposure Trex deck and an outdoor sauna. Also includes a guest dome house which is fully insulated, with electricity, ventilation system, and heated with a wood stove.
